• How do I warp people in?

Minimise your populous game whilst in multiplayer mode, then host again with people you want warp in. Then maximise your game. The people you warped should be in multiplayer mode unless you have problems with your hosting.

• Why don’t cheats work in multiplayer?

The cheat codes don’t work in multiplayer (sorry). You shouldn’t be cheating anyway.

• How do I know if my opponent is cheating?

There are indications: If a player uses a spell like tornado 3 times and in the next 5 secs uses another 3 then he could well be cheating. Another thing to look out for is if a shaman has a much bigger range than normal. But be careful that she is not on a higher hill or in a building before accusing them. A spell could appear from nowhere. If this happens make sure that a shaman isn’t close. If you very well know that its a ghost shaman casting a spell then this is probably a cheat. If you see the cheat text you see when you press o with the cheat actavated. It will show you the players name. The same by pressing F8 to resync the game. Try and spot some others. if you see the word “byrne” then they’re probably trying to cheat. (TAB + F11 is not a chat box so other players won’t see it.)

• Why can’t I host?

• How many points do I need to go up in rank?

The grades are dynamically calculated by the PopRe servers depending on the number of registered users. You will go up in a rank based on the amount of games you play and how well you play them.
