Sprites

To edit sprites, you need Ted’s Sprite Editor. This tool lets you export the sprites to BMP files to edit, then import it back.

WARNING! Sprites are common on all Terrain Style, so you should only use the Bottom palette (the last 128 colors) so they will look the same on every terrain style. Using any of the Top palette colors may make the sprite more colorful on a specific Terrain Stlye but may mess it up on another as those colors changes.

The files you can open with the tool:
- hfx0-0.dat: The user interface and ground objects such plants, wood pile, rock, ect.
- hspr0-0.dat: The followers in all possible views. Be patient if you gonna edit this.

Read the help file of the program for a detailed usage tutorial.
